Synchronicity Means Releasing Information Together

How silly it is for companies to put out a press release in Asia hours before it reaches Europe hours before it gets to the the Americas. Once something gets out and published on a web site it gets spilled all over the planet in quick order. Get a grip, people! Put out the releases simultaneously. Make Mama happy. Play fair and make this happen it a group effort. Companies that don't understand this shouldn't be in the biz. Quite givin' me indigestion.

On the opposite side of the Euro websites should not post press releases before the designated time. Quick acting like some junkie on Norwegian dust. Don't give me gas. I mean it!

Top 10 Camera Listings

Damn those sites that list the Top 10 Cameras and then do one a day. Nothing like turning my stomach sour. One that gave me gas is The Online Photographer that did this very thing. To make matters worse I got gas just reading about the #2 choice that was vacant. I'd give you the link but why bother seeing some empty web page that is desperately begging for clicks. Better idea: save 'em all up and post 'em on 1 daily page. 

RSS Overload

RSS was supposed to be simple. But, all of a sudden it's gotten annoying. Like the feeds coming from George N. Nyman, Thom Hogan, British Journal of Photography, and Ken Rockwell, jes' namin' a few, keep posting the same old stories over and over. Give it a rest. No one cares about seeing your stinky old stuff on the RSS. Once or twice is enuff.

Overrated Photo Blogs

There are so many photo-related blogs. Some are good and some are yawnful. Here's today's lunch list of vegetables:
